Social Media Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and execute social media marketing strategies through competitive research, benchmarking, target market identification and platform determination.
  • Generate, edit, publish daily contents for audience engagement
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase company’s social content visibility
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create series of marketing calendar for campaign implementation
  • Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitor and/ or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or other related field.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO.
